Laura's mam, Denise, has been a very important part of The Paddock from day one and continues to help pack veg boxes even though she is technically retired! Denise manages the packing of the veg boxes and enjoys time at the family smallholding. It is thanks to the support of Denise & Bob that The Paddock is where it is today.
Laura & Mike treat the running of The Paddock like a vocation, starting with how they communicate with their customers: accommodating to a fault, warm, & personable. These folk are grafters in every true sense of the word.
