Handcrafted the Alvis way, this Cheddar is made using traditional techniques and with organic milk from certified 100% grass-fed cows. The unique herds supplying the milk are raised without the use of any antibiotics and the low-density nature of their husbandry helps to prevent illness. The grass diet creates a vibrant yellow cheese and a rich buttery flavour.
